We offer free standard shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $65. Orders are sent by USPS shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days.  International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

TRACKING A SHIPMENT   

Once we ship your package, you will be given a tracking number via the email listed on the account of your order. You may check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS website.

Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
DIVA does not offer exchanges due to availability when items are received. Returns are non-refundable, please return any returnable items that do not satisfy you completely within 14 days of the shipped date for a gift card for the total of the item(s) received, for use online only at StylebyLisaMarie.com. Discounts and shipping fees are excluded from gift card balances. All items are inspected for defects before shipped out. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a gift card is issued. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from DIVA. It is recommended that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.

Jewelry, accessories, makeup, intimates (swimwear and waist trainers)

50% off promotional items

***All non-returnable items will be denied and with the costs of the customer will be returned.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and ship the item(s) back to the online warehouse. Once items are returned to Style By Lisa Marie Online, return status will be determined.

Once we have received your package, your gift card will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

in-store pickup

If your billing address is in California, you will have the option to pick your order up from Bellflower Store Location

*Tracking numbers are not given for in-store pick ups.

*You will receive an email when your orders ships, an additional email when it is almost at the location, and a phone call when the order arrives in-store.

*Upon pickup of your online order, be sure to have your government issued photo identification and the card used for the transaction of the purchase.

*If in-store orders are not picked up 10 days after a customer is called the order will be returned to the Online Warehouse and a gift card for the total of the item(s) will be issued. The items will be returned to stock and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original total for the item(s).
