USA Domestic Shipping

All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday & holidays) from the date of purchase. Pre-ordered items will be processed near the date you have selected for delivery. If we happen to have it in stock, it will be shipped right away. An email notification will be sent to you should there be any delay in your order. You may then decide to either cancel your order, or proceed with the new delivery time.

When USPS Express Mail is chosen as the preferred method of delivery, your purchase will be shipped the same day for next day delivery if received by 12pm PST. All orders made past 12pm will be scheduled to go out the following business day and usually delivered the following business day.

Please allow at least 24 hours for us to obtain payment approval for all credit card purchases. Your order will not be shipped until payment is cleared. When making a return,  it may take up to one week for return credit to be posted back to your account.

As there are several shipping methods offered, be sure to select the quickest most secure method of delivery so that you may receive your order in a timely manner. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received in order for us to ship your order. We will not be held responsible for errors in shipping address provided. Postage will be charged to your credit card to re-deliver the package. Undeliverable and refused packages will be assessed a 20% restocking fee should you choose to cancel it. The amount will be subtracted from your total merchandise store credit refund minus the original shipping cost charged.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the distance the package is shipped to from Bellflower, California 90706, U.S.A to your destination. We strive to provide the lowest shipping cost possible by negotiating discounted rates through our carrier and charging only a small amount of handling cost to ensure that your packages are shipped securely with the appropriate packaging.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. From our experience, clothings are not restricted items but perhaps Fashion Secrets items with adhesives are. Please consult your country's import/export department for more information. 

Orders will be processed similar to US shipping. It may take a little longer for credit card processing but once payment is approved, it will be in line to be shipped. We do request that you learn more about your country’s customs and duty procedure. Purchase of over a certain amount in U.S. dollars may be subjected to customs duty and tax before you are able to pick them up. We will not be responsible for any of these charges and delays imposed by your country’s customs department.

In order for us to charge a low amount for postage, we solely use the U.S. post office to ship internationally. We try to include insurance and tracking whenever possible, although it may not be available if shipped to countries where insurance coverage is not provided.

Shipping discounts or coupon codes for free shipping will not be applicable to any and all packages going outside of the USA, due to the amount of handling and care it requires for us to process the order.

You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs (to ship and to return), any and all customs duties associated with your purchase and all expenses incurred outside of your product costs if:

We will need payment for postage should you request that it be shipped to you again. But if you choose to return them, we will be assessing a 20% of restocking fee. The total refund will not include original shipping cost charged. Please note that tracking may not be available if your package gets returned to us when it is not deliverable to your address.

All international orders cannot be returned at this time due to the hassle, costs and risk in processing returns.
